This privacy policy applies to the حاسبة البلوت – صكة app (hereby referred to as the “Application”) for mobile devices that was created by Hussan Alsaylani (hereby referred to as the “Service Provider”) as an ad-supported service. This service is provided “AS IS”.

AI Features and Subscription Services

The Application may process user-submitted text, voice commands, uploaded images, game history, and related content in order to provide AI-powered features and responses.

The Application may request access to the device microphone, camera, and photo library solely for features related to voice commands, image uploads, image analysis, and AI-powered functionality.

Audio recordings and uploaded images may be processed temporarily to provide requested AI features and improve service functionality.

Users should avoid submitting sensitive personal, financial, medical, or confidential information through AI features.

AI-generated responses may contain inaccuracies and should not be considered professional advice.

AI functionality within the Application may be powered by third-party AI providers, including OpenAI.

The Application may also offer optional auto-renewable subscriptions through Apple’s In-App Purchase system and Google Play subscriptions. Subscription purchases, renewals, billing, and payment processing are handled by Apple and Google according to their policies and privacy practices.

Subscriptions automatically renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current subscription period.

Users may manage or cancel subscriptions through their Apple App Store or Google Play account settings.

Apple and Google may collect information necessary to process purchases and subscriptions.

Third-Party Access

Only aggregated and anonymized information may be periodically transmitted to external services to help improve the Application and its services.

The Application uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify users. These services maintain their own privacy policies.

The Application uses Supabase services for authentication, database storage, backend functionality, and AI-related processing. Information submitted through the Application may be processed and stored using Supabase infrastructure in accordance with Supabase’s privacy practices.

The Service Provider may disclose User Provided and Automatically Collected Information:

• As required by law, such as to comply with legal obligations or valid legal requests
• When disclosure is necessary to protect rights, safety, investigate fraud, or respond to government requests
• To trusted service providers who work on behalf of the Service Provider and are required to follow this Privacy Policy

Opt-Out Rights

You can stop all collection of information by uninstalling the Application using the standard uninstall process available on your device or application marketplace.

Data Retention Policy

The Service Provider will retain User Provided data for as long as necessary to provide the service and for a reasonable period thereafter.

Children

The Application is rated 4+ on the Apple App Store and may be used by children. However, the Service Provider does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children in violation of applicable privacy laws.

The Application is not specifically directed toward children under the age required by applicable law to provide consent independently.

If the Service Provider becomes aware that a child has provided personal information inappropriately, such information will be deleted promptly.

Parents or legal guardians who believe that their child has provided personal information through the Application may contact the Service Provider at halsaylani@email.com to request review or deletion of such information.

Security

The Service Provider is committed to safeguarding the confidentiality of user information and uses commercially reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect information processed and maintained by the Application.

Changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated from time to time for any reason.

Users are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Continued use of the Application after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
